Our Story

Ayadina is a culinary legacy deeply rooted in Lebanese Mouneh. Founded in 1996, we offer a sensory experience with exceptional quality condiments, preserves, and specialties, making them the perfect accompaniment to the universally acclaimed healthy Mediterranean diet.
Our journey began with the dedication and passion of Mrs. Amale Harb, who carefully handpicked the finest herbs, vegetables, and fruits from her garden, preserving them using traditional methods. Her small venture is built on the belief that all good things are handmade, which is why we chose the name "Ayadina," meaning "handmade." She perfected recipes, utilizing pure, natural ingredients, and meticulously hand-packed each product in elegantly decorated jars adorned with enchanting labels. Our range expanded to include aromatic dried herbs, pickled wild cucumbers, and a variety of pantry products and preserves, gracing the shelves of select high-quality retailers and delis.
As Ayadina's product line grew, Amale cultivated a network of farmers and small producers, sourcing Lebanon's most cherished ingredients and passing down her carefully curated knowledge to the team that continues to craft our products today. Her son Roy and his partner Nathalie have joined forces to expand and carry forward the family legacy to future generations. Operating from a dedicated kitchen, they tirelessly preserve the goodness of seasonal ingredients, introduce new varieties, and develop recipes in alignment with evolving dietary needs and food safety standards.
Looking ahead, Ayadina envisions a future where our handcrafted delights reach even more homes worldwide. We aspire to embrace sustainability by supporting local farmers and communities while reducing our environmental footprint. Our aim is to introduce innovative products that cater to modern tastes while staying true to our tradition of quality and craftsmanship. Ayadina's commitment to preserving the essence of Lebanese cuisine will continue to be a source of culinary inspiration, inviting you to savor simple, wholesome natural goodness while embracing the flavors of tomorrow.

Our Mission

Ayadina’s mission is to use the services of local women to turn local produce, grown and harvested by small farmers from across Lebanon, into eye catching and bud-satisfying food items that appeal to different segments of the population both locally and internationally.

Our Vision

Within the next five years, Ayadina hopes to be able to satisfy local, regional, and global demand through expanding production and widening reach.  Brand awareness, locally and internationally, should be increased, in line with the production, to achieve a gradual rollout over time.
